When I was a 7-year-old girl, I used to ask my mom:
Why does it feel like my eyes are a projection screen and how come I am the person chosen to watch this special movie through these - my - eyes?
I don’t remember my mom’s answer. But I do remember that, over time, the question disappeared. As I grew older, I became preoccupied with self-image, school, and relationships.

The inquiry came back in my early twenties when I chose to study philosophy for my Master’s degree.
But the answers I was looking for didn’t come from books.
​
They came after weeks of early morning yoga practice on a remote Cambodian island, where I was volunteering—washing toilets and doing dishes just to stay longer in Asia. ​
​
A few years later, I returned to Asia and fulfilled one of my biggest dreams: living in Taiwan. There, I deepened my spiritual practice and found my community. I met teachers who initiated me into Theta Healing®, Reiki, NLP, Sharing Circles, Rituals, Plant Medicine, Sound Healing, Astral Projection, House Magic, and more.

Finally, I understood my seven-year-old self. I can now speak to her about that strange movie screen.
